query: organic vs. conventional products

Hi friends, we have received an inquiry from a farmer in Ohio who's trying
to track down research comparing the quality, nutritional value etc. of
products produced using organic methods versus conventional methods (farming
and processing I presume). Can any of you provide any references to such
research?
