The following is a quote from the aforementioned message:

for the cookbook, therefore 'no asparagus/eggplant casseroles.' "
What are persons to do in those areas in which asparagus and eggplant
do grow and do come into season? Why no recipes for these dishes?
It would seem that the ingredient lacking in a cookbook for CSA is
acknowledgement of the role of willpower in food buying and food
preparation decisions.
