On-farm freezer construction

Hello sanetters:
Are there University extension workers on this mailing list that are
aware of extension publications or books dealing with the construction of
on-farm freezing structures? I am aware of the Cornell publications dealing
with refrigeration and pre-cooling, but they don't address 0F storage. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated!
