I would like to subscribe to SANET.
My company has a contract with SARE to complete an order of
magnitude economic feasibility study of a sustainable community food system
- i.e., sustainably grow row crops, dairy and fruit; process them locally
into soups/stews, cheese, ice cream; and juice; and market/deliver them
directly to local consumers. The effort is an attempt to test the
conventional wisdom that food products from a local system would be so much
more expensive that consumers would not purchase them.
It is our hope to use SANET to help develop some of the needed
information. Any suggestions?
Once subscribed, how do I access postings and post myself?
