Vegetable seed sources in the British Isles

Dear Saneters,
Does anyone have a list of seed companies in the British
Isles that provide vegetable garden seed varieties suitable for a cool,
wet environment?

A gentleman who has purchased there in the past has lost his list
and can't remember the name of the company he did business with. He said
many of the varieties were suitable for spring planting in West Virginia.

I was able to find several sources in Canada, but none in the
British Isles. Thanks for any help.
