If I'm not mistaken, Cornell University (the ag school?) offers summer
courses/seminars/workshops focused on International Agriculture and
Development for development practitioners and other interested
individuals.

Does anyone know how I can find out more about these courses--either via
email, the WWW, or snail mail? I would greatly appreciate it...
