Oriental Greens

I have a client who is trying to find a source of seed for greens
that he and his wife obtain at a local oriental food market. The
plants come in from California and he says that a sign at the market
calls it "Oncho". He brought a stalk in and the flower looked like a
brassica but I can't find any information on Oncho -

Can anyone help???
