President Or to whom will be concerned

Dear Sir:

I am an associate professor and a tutor of the Master of
Ecological Science teaching and doing research at the Agronomy
Dept. of Shenyang Agricultural University. I have been selected
by Education Commission of the State Council of China as a Senior
Visiting Scholar studying and doing research work for 6 months in
your country this year. Chinese government will re responsible
for my all costs of my studying and living in U.S.A., including
traveling expenses.

I graduated from the Dept. of Geology and Geography at Lanzhou
University in 1965. My major is physical geography. I studied at
the Agronomy Dept. of Massey University in New Zealand from 1987
to 1988.

Because I have been doing research work on Ecological Agriculture
in Shenyang City and Benxi City for 7 years, I am very interested
in your current research on Sustainable agriculture. I would be
very grateful for you if you send me information about your
university, your college or department and your research centre
concerned as soon as possible.

I am looking forward to receiving your reply (or with 1AP 66 form
if possible).

Sincerely yours,

Luo Changguo,
