Ramps and cheese (cheddar) make wonderful grits. In the Carolina
Mountains they are at their prime in March and earliest April. Umm this
conversation brings back fond memories and seems to be inciting an
impossible to fulfill craving. My mouth is actually salivating. Thanks
for the pleasant reminder.
