I too want to wish a Happy New Year to everyone on SANET!!!

Personally, I value all of the postings, and I wanted to echo the
sentiments of others that SANET is making a difference!!! We are a
terrific forum which brings together the diversity of opinions from "on the
farm" to the "halls of Congress" to the "labs of universities" to the
"grassroot organizations" to everywhere. My new year's resolution is to
credit SANET more often as a resource in order to bring still more voices
to it.

At the same time, it is unfortunate that there always seems to be a
flurry of "unsubscribe" postings whenever our debates get real intense.
Let's not give up on this endeavor so easily! Constructive dialogue can
thrive with adversity and respect. All our efforts towards sustainability
are depending on it.
