Does anyone know of materials or a program on "locally owned, value
added" which could be the basis of an Extension Program on that subject?
I have been asked to lead an Extension Program on it in mid January and
need some help. Has anyone already developed a short (1 hour or so)
program they'd be willing to share addressing the needs of smaller scale
farmers/ growers/ entrepreneurs? All assistance most appreciated.
