Late Blight in Organic Potatoes?

I'm doing some research on how organic farmers are dealing with late blight
in potatoes.

1) How has late blight effected yields?

2) How has the threat of late blight in potatoes effected the
production plans of organic farmers?

3) Are organic farmers planting less to avoid the risk of losses, or
more to compensate for losses?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
