Farm Bureau & Farm Bill?

Next Thursday, our local PBS affiliate is sponsoring a call-in show
about Sustainable Agriculture. Amusingly (to me, at least), they will
have a representative from the Farm Bureau on the panel. Can anyone
tell me what role the Farm Bureau has played in crafting the current
Farm Bill? I know in the past the Farm Bureau has pretty much fought
tooth and nail against what most of us here would consider to be more
sustainable ag policies. Is this still true, or is the Farm Bureau
coming around? What questions would you ask a Farm Bureau rep about
their view of sustainable ag?
