NOFA-NY (the Northeast Organic Farming Association of NY) has just
certified a dairy processor, although they are selling milk mainly in NYC
they may sell milk in NJ. I suggest you contact Pat Kane of NOFA-NY at 607
648-5557 for information.

NOFA-VT also certifies milk producers. You can contact them at 802
434-4122. I also suggest contacting NOFA-NJ at 215 862-3441, although I'm
not sure if they certify any dairy farms currently.

By the way, GreenStar Coop here in Ithaca carries organic milk from VT.
There is another NYS producer, very close to Ithaca, who will be certified
organic soon. His milk may be sold locally in the Ithaca area.
