I am looking for leads, or citable specifics, that describe the
environmental problems associated with mega-dairies. While the
depredations of hog factories have become widely reported, I am
finding little on California-style milk production. All I have to go
on so far are third-hand testimonials that the Chino area of California
has been seriously degraded, and that these huge operations look for
low-regulatory states to flee to when their present locations start
paying strict attention to their non-dairy effluent.
