Dear Sanet,
In a paper I am (hoping to) compare 2 agricultural systems in Central
America (Guatemala or Honduras), conventional versus alternative agriculture. I
Have you seen any case studies on the economic, social and environmental
impacts on a community that applied each of the ag systems? Suggestions
on books, authors, organizations would be great. World Neighbors covers
the alternative ag system. The obstacle is finding well
documented ag techniques and their assessed economic and environmental
impacts on the community. (The libraries around here have not helped out)
