Community supported agriculture

I am a core group member of a local CSA. I am trying to find information
about CSA structures, budgets, and other essential information that will
help our farm to run more effectively. At present I am concerned about
the amount of work our farm laborers do,for so little money. I am also
concerned about the lack of support from the community in making this a
functioning farm through community support not just farm labor. Does
that make sense? If anyone out there has information regarding how to
run an effective CSA in the New England area, please contact me. Thank you.
