Dear SANetters:

I am new to the network, so it is probable that this information has been
provided. I am an instructor at Colorado State University, I teach
Ecological Economics. In my course I have an introductory class about
agroecology. I would like to teach Agroecology pretty much along the line
Altieri's course outline he published in a paper some time ago.

Do you know of other institutions teaching agroecology?. If so, what was
your experience?. I am interested about course outlines, previous expe-
riences, anything you could provide. (I need to do some background
research before I can convince my peers of the importance of teaching
this subject). To all of you, thanks in advance. It is a pleasure to
be a member of the network. If you are interested in the Economics
aspects of sustinability, I encourage you to join the Ecol-Econ network,
I am one of the moderators.

Cheers from the Rockies,

Vilma G. Carande
