Seeking land in Connecticut

I've had an unusual request from an organic vegetable farmer. I wasn't
able to do more than point him to several organizations in the Northeast.
Can anyone help?

Due to illness in the family, he wants to buy or lease about 5 acres in SW
Connecticut, where he will move his present organic vegetable operation.
