Hello Sanetters:

I hope this is OK....I'm going to post this one time (for now) and
hope that the right people are watching. Thanks....

We have 106 acres about 12 miles outside of La Crescent MN. Most of
it is hardwood forest. 80 acres/forest; 4-6 acres - garden potential;
20 acres pasture potential.

Several of us bought it together in the early 70s, but now it is down
to only 3 share-holders, and we must reluctantly sell.

It has a barn, a recently tested clean well, large capacity septic
tank, and a livable-in-house, though it is a homestead as opposed to
a house (2 bedrooms, workshop, bath, living room, kitchen--woodstove
heated [also a root cellar]). We have it rented presently.

It's located in a beautiful secluded valley. We've not used any
chemicals there for the past 20 years, so a garden could be certified
organic right away. There are a lot of building materials stored
there (including a disassembled greenhouse), and an old but working
tractor.

Let me know if you are interested in seeing it, or know of anyone who
might be. Price: $90 K.

PAX
