They referred to a report titled something like "Harvesting..."
It had to do with farm subsidies, conservation programs,
etc.
Other non-profits that spoke in favor of the report included
the Environmental Working Group, Natural Resources Defense
Council, U.S. Public Interest Research Group, etc.
Does anybody know the name of this report and/or how to get in
touch with Public Voice?
